Their client was charged with four felony counts stemming from a police search and seizure at the client’s home that uncovered marijuana, marijuana plants, and grow equipment.
Mr. White and Mr. Fraser filed and argued a Motion for Immunity under Section 4 of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act before the Honorable Rosemarie Aquilina in the Ingham County 30th Circuit Court. After 2 days of testimony and argument, Judge Aquilina agreed with Mr. White and Mr. Fraser, awarded their client immunity from prosecution under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, and dismissed all the charges.
