Brittany Nichol is an associate attorney with White Law PLLC in Okemos, Michigan
Her practice area will focus on general litigation, family law, and administrative law.
Brittany earned her bachelor of arts, with honor, from Michigan State University and her law degree, summa cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, Brittany served as a teaching assistant for Professor Frank Ravitch and a Managing Editor on the Michigan State Law Review. In 2016, Brittany was honored with the 2016 Carolyn A. Stell Scholarship Award from the Mid-Michigan Chapter of the Women Lawyer’s Association of Michigan. She was also published in the Michigan State Law Review for her article, “A Child Without A Country: Dissolving the Statelessness of Children Born Through Surrogacy”
Outside the office, Brittany remains active in the community. She currently coaches Freshman Girls’ Basketball at Haslett High School. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their chocolate lab, Ruby. She also enjoys attending and cheering on her Spartans at MSU sporting events.
