Past Complex, Mass-Action and Class-Action Cases

Civil Litigation Against Michigan State University, Lawrence Nassar, U.S. Gymnastics, and Others

Arising from the wide-spread and unchecked sexual assaults perpetrated by Dr. Lawrence (Larry) Nassar at Michigan State University, U.S. Gymnastics sites, and across the globe, attorney James White has represented over 160 women and girls in their journey seeking justice. Further, he has been able to work with legislatures and activists to help spearhead systemic change to help prevent future child abuse similar to that perpetrated by Larry Nassar from ever happening again.
