Antoinette Frazho fights for those feeling like the underdog. In her family law practice, that means helping clients overcome difficult situations and achieve the best possible results – in and out of courtroom.
Much of Antoinette’s work is comprised of family law cases, including issues related to pre-nuptual agreements, divorce, child custody and parenting time, spousal support, and division of property, which in certain marriages where a business is involved requires dissolution or buyout. She seeks to have the parties achieve amicable results, utilizing mediation and negotiation that allows them to decide the outcome of the matter, not a judge. Failing that, however, she’s ready to zealously advocate for her clients’ rights in courtroom litigation.
Antoinette also defends those who often are unable to defend themselves. In cases of abuse and neglect, she obtains personal protection orders to shield women and children from physical harm. In criminal cases, she represents people accused of sexual assault, domestic violence, drunk driving, retail fraud, drug possession, and traffic violations. She also handles consumer bankruptcies, counseling clients through Chapter 7 proceedings.
Antoinette provides estate planning services that includes the preparation of wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. She also appears in probate court for guardianship and conservatorship matters, and advocates before government agencies and administrative law judges on behalf of clients have been denied social security disability benefits.
Outside the office, Antoinette enjoys being with her three dogs, two cats, and two birds, and travel whenever possible. Especially, to the Philippines to visit family. She’s an avid reader, and finds time to bake a variety of simple and complex creations.
