Associate Attorney
Attorney Daniel Sturdevant joined White Law in 2019. His practice focuses primarily on Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Administrative Law.
Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science cum laude from Michigan State University and went on to graduate magna cum laude from Michigan State College of Law.
His was previously employed with the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office where he was an advocate for the indigent. Dan was also previously a member of the Eaton County Prosecutors Economics Crime Division.
Most recently Dan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable John D. Maurer at the 56th Circuit Court in Eaton County.
Dan is active personally and professionally in the community. He has volunteered with the Elder Law Clinic at Western Michigan University-Thomas Cooley Law School Elder Law Clinic and Legal Hotline for Michigan Seniors in need of assistance. He is an active member in:

- Ingham County Bar Association
- Davis Dunning Bar Association
- ICBA Young Lawyers Section
- Litigation Section at Michigan State Bar
An avid sportsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and any activity that involves being outdoors. When not in a courtroom, he most enjoys spending time with his family.
